JOB SUMMARY 职位综述:

-          The Regional Sales Manager has to co-work with China regional distributors to implement the agreed sales strategies & tactics to achieve sales and campaign target.

区域销售经理需与中国区域经销商合作,实行双方协定的销售策略及方案,以达成销售与活动目标。

-          Drive and assess current regional distributor sales performance and support China CAG Manger to develop potential regional distributors. 推动并评估目前合作经销商的销售业绩,支持中国区小动物事业部开发潜在区域经销商。

-          Integrate Marketing, Instrument Service and Field Technical support functions to provide further service to meet the commitment service level to customers

整合并利用市场、仪器维修和技术服务资源,为客户提供超越期待的高质量服务水平。

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责:

 

1.       Work out the regional sales strategy and execute with the regional distributors to achieve the quarterly and annual target.

制定区域销售策略并与区域经销商合作进行实施,以达成季度和年度目标。

 

2.       Work with direct supervisor to develop solid relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), universities, organizations, and leading vet practices to promote IDEXX products and service to China regional vet industry.

协同直接主管与关键意见领袖、大学院校、相关机构建立稳固关系,掌握领先的宠物诊断行业资源,提升爱德士产品及服务在中国兽医行业的地位。

 

3.       Build strong relationship with customers and leverage internal resources (CAG Marketing, Technical Support and Instrument Service function) to deliver the committed service level to external customers together with the distributors.

与客户建立稳固关系,利用内部资源(市场部、技术服务以及仪器维修部门)与经销商一起为外部客户提供高质量的服务。

 

4.       Work closely with distributors to analyze China-CAG regional sales performance by products and by channel to ensure adequate resources are deployed to realize theChinaregional market potential.

与经销商紧密合作,对各产品以及各渠道的区域销售业绩进行分析,确保资源分配均匀,能够实现中国区域市场潜力。

 

5.       Work closely with Marketing to develop effective in-clinic communication program to ensure adequate sales tools are provided for distributor sales team to initiate and execute quality campaigns; also ensure good tracking system to measure campaign effectiveness.

与市场部紧密合作开发有效的院内沟通项目,确保为经销商销售团队提供充分的销售工具来推广高质量的市场活动,同时确保系统能够准确跟踪进展并评估市场活动的有效性。

 

6.       Work closely with Instrument Service Manager to meet the company (or customer) expectation on performance metric on customer units (repair and EMA) as well as demo/loaner units arrangement.

与仪器维修经理紧密合作,在客户仪器(维修、维保服务协议)以及样机/备用机等处理以及安排方面达到公司(或客户)的期待。

 

7.       Ensure Field Technical Support service on new product training, on-job training to distributor sales team, key accounts, field troubleshooting and continued education.

确保现场技术服务团队为经销商销售团队、关键客户提供新产品培训和在职培训,进行现场故障排除以及持续教育。

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 基本要求:

EDUCATION 教育背景:

 

1.    Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Medical Technology; Biochemistry or Medical Engineering Service; Vet. will be plus.

医疗技术、生物化学或医学工程专业本科学历,兽医背景加分。

 

EXPERIENCE 工作经验:

 

1.    5 years or more experience in Human Medical field or pet health care market;

5年及以上人医领域或动物保健行业经验;

2.    At least 2 years channel management experience;

至少2年渠道管理经验;

3.    Working experience in China Veterinary market will be an advantage

有在中国兽医行业的工作经验将加分;

4.    Working experience in International Company will be plus 

有外资公司工作经验者加分。

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES 技能要求:

 

1.       Excellent sales skills and good communication skills;

具备杰出销售技巧以及良好的沟通技能;

2.       English reading and writing is important in working environment;

良好的英语读写能力;

3.       Spend at least 80% of time in the field to ensure successful implementation of sales strategies;

至少80%的时间在区域内出差,确保销售策略的成功落实。

4.       Good skills with MS office software.

熟练操作MS Office办公软件。
